Commercial inspection fees are per each separate building. Commercial interior inspections are billed from 0sf for each individual condo, apartment or business unit inspected. Commercial exterior inspections are billed per the exterior perimeter per floor. Every grouping of 500lf is billed $150 and any equipment rental is billed at cost.
Damage Estimate
$75 for up to 50 estimate line items; each additional group of 50 estimate line items is $75.
Residential Appraisal Services
Basic residential appraisal services are figured at $150 per hour, with an 8 hour minimum base rate. Additional expenses such as travel and lodging will be added at cost.
Commercial Appraisal Services
Basic commercial appraisal services are figured at $225 per hour, with an 8 hour minimum base rate. Additional expenses such as travel and lodging will be added at cost.
Umpire Services
Basic umpire services are figured at $225 per hour, with a 8 hour minimum base rate. Additional expenses such as travel and lodging will be added at cost.
